Each tee is made just for you, so you have a 2-hour window after purchase to make any changes or request a cancellation.

Once production has started, we’re unable to accept changes or cancellations.

During peak season, orders are processed immediately after being placed to make sure you receive them as quickly as possible.

Incorrect/Insufficient Shipping Address

If your shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, we can reprint your order; however, the reshipping fee will be your responsibility.

To avoid delays, please double-check that your address includes all necessary details (street number, building/apartment, etc.).

Return Policy
- Because each tee is custom-made just for you, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as wrong size, color choice, or a change of mind.
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at support@histozing.com with your order details and photos/video of the issue. Our team will review your case and provide the best solution — usually a replacement at no extra cost.
⚠️ Please do not return items to us without prior authorization from our support team. We cannot take responsibility for items returned without approval.
📦 Customers are also responsible for all return shipping costs to our warehouse.

Exchange Policy
We understand you may want to change your mind about size, design, or color after receiving your order.
Exchanges are available, but they are not free since all items are custom-printed.

Details of the item you would like to exchange for (name, size, color, etc.)
⚠️ Please do not return items to us without prior authorization from our support team. We cannot take responsibility for items returned without approval.

Defective or Damaged Items

We do our best to ensure every product is perfect, but if your tee arrives with a printing error, damage, or defect (such as holes, misprints, etc.), we’re here to help.

Claims should be submitted within 15 days of delivery. After this period, we may not be able to assist.

If we confirm the issue, we’ll happily send you a free replacement.

Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages

A package may be returned if:
1/ The address provided is invalid or incomplete.
2/ The carrier is unable to deliver due to the special access at the delivery address
3/ The package is refused upon delivery.

Since the shipping label can’t be changed after the order was processed, please make sure your shipping details are 100% correct.

Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect address information.
